How it works

  1. Reads the properties and contacts sheets from your Reonomy export.
  2. Computes all the yellow formula columns from the old Excel templates (Notes, Skiptrace, Google Maps link, Owner fields, etc.) directly in code — no live Excel formulas in the output.
  3. Returns a ZIP containing two files ready to upload to Freshsales:
    • Properties.xlsx — the Accounts import
    • Owners.xlsx — the Contacts import

One bug fix vs. the old template: Ownership Type is now computed from reported_owner_name instead of reported_mailing_address_line_1, so corporate owners (LLC, Inc, Authority) are correctly classified as "Corporation - Unclassified".
